1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the item meets the following conditions:
A. Return Must Be Requested Within 7 Days

B. Product Must Be Unopened & Unused

- The product is unused
- The product is in its original packaging
- All accessories, free gifts, and tags are included
C. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

- Leaking
- Wrong item sent
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos/video of the product
- Photos of packaging and shipping label
We will review and provide a replacement or refund.
