Thank you for choosing NsSkin. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we need additional information (address confirmation, payment verification), processing may take longer. We will contact you if required.


2. Shipping Coverage

We ship only within Bangladesh.


3. Delivery Time

A. Inside Dhaka

  • 1–2 business days

B. Outside Dhaka

  • 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather conditions, and holidays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier rates
  • Package weight and size

Any additional fees will be shown before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS or email (if provided by courier)
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

6. Delayed Deliveries

Your delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Courier operational delays
  • Eid or national holidays
  • Incomplete address
  • Remote delivery areas

While we assist where possible, NsSkin is not responsible for delays after the order is handed to the courier.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • NsSkin is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

A. Lost or Stolen

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the courier, NsSkin is not liable for missing packages.
However, we will help you contact the courier and file a complaint.

B. Damaged

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos or video as proof

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


9. Return to Sender (RTS)

Packages may be returned due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailable

Re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
